Are the Ravens stacked enough? That’s the question everyone is asking going into the 2025 season. There is a lot of speculation about how the Baltimore Ravens will perform this year. On one half of the aisle, there are doubts about how not just Lamar but the team as a whole will perform in the playoffs this year. And on the other side, you have the people who believe this is the year for a championship run. But it doesn’t really matter what side of the aisle you’re on; everyone can agree that this is the make-or-break year for the Ravens.

The O-line is filled with stars like Tyler Linderbaum and Ronnie Stanley. Even the receiving core boasts a strong lineup of big names, including Mark Andrews, Isaiah Likely, and the young breakout star Zay Flowers. And the defensive side is even bigger. Nnamdi Madibuike and Kyle Van Noy highlight the defensive line. They have Roquan Smith at linebacker. And the backfield is even crazier. They have Marlon Humphrey, Jaire Alexander, Kyle Hamilton, and even rookie Maliki Starks. This roster is destined for greatness, and if they can’t win with it, I’d be shocked.

This is the year that could change the sport world’s view on him forever. Instead of being viewed as a great quarterback in the regular season who chokes in the playoffs, he can be viewed as one of the greatest of all time and the greatest rushing quarterback without question. But he needs to win because there’s no greater opportunity than this. To save his legacy, he must take action now.

But now, 13 years later, he’s back on the hot seat again. At the same time, he has always done a great job coaching a young and talented Ravens team. But this year, he has to win it all or else he risks being fired in the near future. He needs to prove to the owner and general manager that he can still win like he did in the past.
Given the season’s importance, I find it hard to imagine the team going into every game with extra fire. There’s no more excuses for the team. This has to be the year for them, and every Ravens fan wants it to be. That is why it is so important for them and why winning is key.
