Since Trump’s historic election victory, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been nominated for the United States Secretary of Health position. His plans for America’s future health and nutrition seem extremely promising, and it appears that America will most likely eat much healthier.

Firstly, RFK Jr. plans to eliminate hundreds of processed foods and food additives. Some of these additives include food dyes that cause attention problems and contribute to ADHD, especially among children. As Kennedy removes ultra-processed foods from lunches in schools across America, lunches will be much healthier and less of a risk to diet-based chronic diseases.

Kennedy also advocates for using and consuming raw milk, which is much higher in minerals, essential nutrients, fats, proteins, and enzymes. Having raw milk sold at the same price as a jug of processed milk today would dramatically increase the health of America as a whole. In addition, Kennedy plans to remove seed oils often used in fast food restaurants. This is important because seed oils are commonly found in ultra-processed foods, leading to disease and inflammation due to the continents of the oils.
